Delivery Partners:
For deliveries within the Greater Metro Manila area, NC Goods utilizes third-party delivery services, specifically Lalamove and Grab. For areas beyond Greater Metro Manila, we utilize LBC. We do not have an in-house delivery service.
Shipping Areas:
We currently ship to areas serviced by Lalamove and Grab within the Greater Metro Manila area. For areas beyond Greater Metro Manila, we ship via LBC nationwide within the Philippines. Please check the availability of these services in your area before placing your order. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at admin@ncgoods.store before placing your order to confirm.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined based on several factors, including delivery location, package weight and dimensions, and the chosen delivery service (Lalamove, Grab, or LBC). A shipping agent will contact you after you place your order to discuss shipping options and provide you with a personalized shipping quote. This allows us to offer the most accurate and cost-effective shipping solution for your specific needs.
Delivery Time:

Greater Metro Manila: Delivery times are estimated by Lalamove and Grab and are subject to their respective schedules and traffic conditions. We aim to process orders instantly or within the same day they are placed, subject to courier availability. While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. You will be able to track your delivery in real-time through the Lalamove or Grab app once your order has been dispatched. Please refer to Lalamove/Grab's terms and conditions for their delivery time guarantees (if any).

Beyond Greater Metro Manila: Delivery times for LBC shipments are estimated and depend on the destination and LBC's delivery schedule. We aim to process orders instantly or within the same day they are placed, subject to courier availability. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track your shipment on the LBC website. Please refer to LBC's terms and conditions for their delivery time guarantees (if any).
Order Processing Time:
We aim to process and dispatch orders instantly or within the same day they are placed after shipping costs have been agreed upon and paid, subject to courier availability. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Instructions:
You can provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., preferred delivery time, landmark, gate code) during the checkout process. We will relay these instructions to the delivery driver (Lalamove/Grab/LBC), but we cannot guarantee that they will be followed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact information you provide are accurate and complete.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the packaging, do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at admin@ncgoods.store to report the damage.
Damaged or Defective Products During Transport:
Important: Because we use third-party delivery services, any damage or defects to the products that occur during transit are subject to the shipping policy of the respective carrier (Lalamove, Grab, or LBC). NC Goods is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to file a claim for any damaged or defective products received. You may be required to provide photos or other documentation to support your claim. We are happy to assist you in this process by providing any information we have regarding your shipment.
Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, the respective carrier (Lalamove, Grab, or LBC) will have their own procedures for redelivery or return of the package. Please refer to their terms and conditions for details on failed deliveries. You may be responsible for additional delivery fees for redelivery attempts.
